I love Peter Lynch's "One up on Wall Street" but don't ignore technical analysis (the foundation of day or swing trading) and read Martin Pring's "Understanding Technical Analysis"

Good luck and I'd suggest starting a small $500 scottrade account just to watch the market.Best books on investing for college students?
i have no books put you nead to under stand options to make constent returns on your cash. I have 10 years trading and options make it all that much better.
