Some times a international college textbooks just have a different cover with a different ISBN number, but still have the same concept as the US version. The page number can be different.How do international college text books differ from US ones?
Usually the supporting facts and examples will be aimed at the country its from. For instance, a Canadian version of a geography book will focus more on Canadian locations. I would try to find the US version (library? friend? Order the US version return it if its the same? Talk to the prof?) and compare. Some books will have much fewer differences than others.
