Bigwords.com is pretty good but I would also check out eBay. Some times there are deals on eBay and they don鈥檛 show up on web crawlers like bigwords. It is also important to remember when you use bigwords.com that you go visit the site and read the actual description of the book and the quality.



One more important thing is to make sure you have the correct ISBN. Some people list things under the incorrect ISBN just so they can sell it. You will see as you get into it that you will need a 7th edition and there might be people selling the 4th and 5th in the same section. Most bookstores will not give the ISBN over the phone so your son will have to go out to the school and write each one down.



With books that come in packages, tell him to use the ISBN on the actual book because the ISBN for the whole package and the book by itself is different....usually you just have to push up the material inside the packaging to see the ISBN on the back of the book. Also he should verify that he will be able to get any needed software separate from the book. There are some packages that have to be purchased new because of software and the software cannot be purchased separate or sometimes buying a new package is cheaper or as cheap as buying a used book and the software separately (this is the case with my nutrition book).

bigwords is good. I like ebay and half.com which is part of ebay and I have also used amazon
eCampus.com has great college book deals. I found a website with eCampus coupons below.
