I didnt get my books yet and i need them now. i want to use like a temporary alternative- reading my books over the web. is there a website that i can look at them online? i dont care if i have to download, i just dont wanna payCan i look at college books online without paying?
You definitely have to pay. What I could suggest is trying out http://www.bigwords.com. They search all the online textbook retailers and rental sites then compare all the lowest prices to find you the best deal. I've been using them for years and they're awesome for sure. Deff worth looking into. Good luck! Can i look at college books online without paying?
You can buy E-Books, sometimes -- not all books are available on the E-format. This is the book in electronic form that you download. They are usually about 1/2 the price, so a hardcover normally $120 is about $70.
Also, you can rent (go to CHEGG.COM) books, they are about $60 each, the company mails them to you in less than a week.
THERE IS NO "NO PAY" OPTION. SORRY.
College is SHOW ME THE MONEY.
If you're just being cheap, you're SOL. If you truly can't afford it, maybe you shouldn't be in school.
