I'm in nursing school, and have been looking for audio downloads of some of the textbooks. If anyone knows of where I might could find college texts, in audio, I'd greatly appreaciate it.....Does anyone know of a good place to get audio texts of college books?
In general, there are no audio downloads for 99.99% of textbooks. The only case in which audio texts are available are when textbook authors intended to make an audio version of it from the start, because publishers don't make audio versions of standard textbooks. The textbooks are updated too frequently, there's far too much material, and much information like figures, diagrams, and illustrations can't be described when referenced, particularly for any subjects in medicine or the sciences. The only audio option is to get an electronic version of the textbook and screen reader software.
