I'd rather carry around a kindle than a bunch of text books so I was wondering if many college textbooks are available on it. If not I just won't waste m money.Does the Kindle have alot of college text books available?

I believe Kindle has about 30,000 textbooks. This sounds like a lot, but other sites have more e-books (though you can't load them onto a Kindle at this point). You can actually get e-books right on your laptop so you don't have to buy a Kindle just for textbooks.
