How much will my college text books cost?

For my freshman year in college about how many books will I need?

And if I buy them used online about how much money will I need total? How much will my college text books cost?
Purchase them used online. I buy older editions (not too much older) and they are usually fine. Sometimes the chapters are out of order but the content is generally the same. Also try chegg.com. It's a rental website, I have used it before

I don't know what classes you are taking, how many books you need etc so I would not be able to give you an accurate estimateHow much will my college text books cost?
You'll need approximately 1 book for every class you're taking, but any science classes will probably require a workbook for the lab, and most English classes will recommend an APA/MLA format handbook..

Most books will cost anywhere from $50-200, but you can always find them at the cheapest prices online, used. Try eBay and Amazon. How much will my college text books cost?
My college estimated that it would cost me $300 for text books. I highly recommend you buy them used online - even if the from of the book is falling off or there are markings in the book, cheaper is better! It's hard to put an estimate on online purchases because you don't specify the books you have to buy, but I can guarantee it will be cheaper buying them online that for full price.
Anywhere from $300 to $750 depending on your classes at your colleges book store

You could get the books cheaper from the internet just use cheapbooks.com and it will find you the best price for your books online, but its easier if you have the books ISBN number which is on the back of the book. I bought a book that my schools bookstore was selling used for $100 plus taxes for $30 like new
