I'm an 8th grader, and i'm intrested in finding higher level reading books. I really want to develop my writing skills more, the best way i see is reading and higher level materials. I've read Maus, and i really, really liked it. I'm just looking for higher level literature materials. My writing has been compared to an 11th grader's standard, i really want to make more powerful. Anything you guys can suggest?Any good 12th Grade or college books to read?
When I was in 12th grade AP English, some of the books we read were Crime and Punishment, East of Eden, Grendel, and One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich.
