What is a good website to buy cheap college books? and fast!?

Does anyone know of any websites that I can buy my course books on? for cheap? besides ebay and craigslist. my college bookstore only gives me the title and author name and a shitty picture of the books. This is my first year in college and I need help! I don't know like what reasonable prices are for books and since I'm now paying for my own tuition unemployed with little savings I really need to buy them cheap. I buy mine on amazon used. Always double check that the edition is the same as the one the professor requires. You can expedite the shipping if you need to get the books in 1-2 days. Also check the buyer, whether they have expedited shipping available if necessary, and what kinds of ratings they've gotten.



For books you don't want to keep, you can rent books online. Chegg.com is one of those sites. I have had some friends who did it and recommended it, but I haven't personally tried it.

Frankly, Amazon is probably your best bet. You can usually get them on there for a decent discount new, and they also list used books from private sellers. And they give you a picture of the book so you can match the edition with the one your college is selling.
