Is it legal to buy an online test bank for college text books?

I was wondering if it is legal to buy or sell test banks for college text books. I see sites where you can get them and was wondering if it were legit.

However, if you are taking a closed-book, closed-notes test and you see questions you've studied from -- and if you've either seen the answers from the test bank material or looked them up in your book or notes -- and you don't promptly report that to the professor, a case can be made that you submitted work as if it was entirely your own and done under closed-book, closed-notes conditions when in fact that wasn't true. And submitting work as if you did it yourself under specified conditions when that isn't true is cheating according to every academic integrity policy I've ever read.



So I personally wouldn't choose to do it even though it's legal. It's hard to write make-up tests that are neither easier nor harder than the original test, and so I would prefer not to put myself in a position where I might have to take a make-up exam written by a pissed-off professor.Is it legal to buy an online test bank for college text books?
Legal, But from I Seen where Prof. have Required a Text book and only gave questions off there lectures. The ones that care about there field tend to do this more then the ones just there to collect a pay check.Is it legal to buy an online test bank for college text books?
Yes it is legal. If you want to practice, why not? It is up to your teacher to come up with original questions in his/her tests.
