Should I look over my college books before I go?

I leave next Saturday for college and I have a few books already. Would it help to look over them a little bit before I actually start? If not, I don't want to spend my time on it, but I don't mind if it would be beneficial. :)Should I look over my college books before I go?
It may but it very likely may not be beneficial. If the professor was going to give you a quiz or something the first day they would have sent you a reading list for the summer. You may start with the wrong chapter or book and then it would just be a waste of time. You sound really ambitious and on top of things. I'm sure that you'll have no trouble doing the reading between when it's assigned and when you're expected to know it. :)Should I look over my college books before I go?
Yes, you should. I just had my first day of classes yesterday and I had so much reading to do today for my classes. If I would have read the chapters the night before the first day, I would have already got it done ahead of time.Should I look over my college books before I go?
It's always a good idea to look through them to get an idea of what you will be studying. You don't want to start reading every single chapter because professors may skip some and some might not teach right from the book.
You really should! College professors can be nasty as in they can give you day one book quizzes or expect you to have a general idea of at least the beginning of the book!
