Ineed to find some that are really cheep?apply for some scholarships. that will help with the books. also try the department of labor. if you meet the criteria they will pay your tuition, books, and transportation. what ever you do, don't try to purchase books from someone who is in the program right now because by the time you get in those books will be obsolete. colleges regularly change books to make money off of students. it's ridiculous! if all else fails, you can check them out at the campus library. good luck!
Most universities have privately owned used book stores close to campus that sell text books. You probably should be careful since you need to be sure that the books you buy are the books your teachers really plan to use...different profs use different texts even for the same subject.
