Just wondering where do you buy your college books from?

I start a community college this month. I was wondering where do you buy your college books from like what websites or do you just buy them at the store. I also hear alot about amazon so i was just wondering are the books they sell legit?Just wondering where do you buy your college books from?
I get mine from ebay all the time..then when done I resell them. Also you can rent books for even cheaper at cheggs.com. and yes this is perfectly okay to get your books from somewhere else..just make sure the ISBN is the same as what the school bookstore has. I usually go to the book store at the college and write down the ISBN, name of book, and author and then come home and hop on the computer and do my shopping. I once got an english book for less than 10.00 on Ebay saving me 80.00 dollars and resold it for 30.00!
i buy all of mine from amazon.com or from independent sellers from amazon.com. i have yet to have any trouble. if you are questioning the legitimacy, you can double check the ISBN number on all the books you need and find those online. Since the ISBN number is unique to every edition of every book, you're not going to get any weird ones.Just wondering where do you buy your college books from?
Yes you can get many text books on Amazon just make sure they are the correct text required for your class. The College Book Store will carry all the required texts and they will generally have used text books in stock at a reduced rate though often you can get used text's from Amazon at a lower price
usually half.com if I don't have a professor that beasting for us to have the textbook the next class day. But I'll go to the barnes and noble textbook store as well too.Just wondering where do you buy your college books from?
campusbooks.com will compare prices of all the major and non-major book selling website out there. It will tell you if Amazon.com is the best, Ebay.com or Cheggs.com. There's also a lot of other small textbook sellers that this website compares. I also shop at powellsbook.com simply because I live in the Portland Area and can easily swing by and pick up my book on the way home. But powell's does ship out. They don't always have lots of textbooks but if never hurts to try!!
