i have a homework assignment in which i need to read a book for my College Art class but i haven't purchased the book, is there any website that i can go to see the full text of books? What website can i go to read college books instead of buying it? is it possible to do that?
If textbooks were available for free on the Web then they wouldn't sell many. Then the authors, editors, illustrators, publishers, printers, etc. wouldn't have any income.
I used to recommend going to your college library and seeing if they have a copy to use. Textbooks are often kept on "reserve" - for in-library use only. In these days of shrinking budgets, even libraries can't afford to keep buying and replacing textbooks. So that may or may not work out for you.

Many libraries now offer assistance via some type of live chat service.

i doubt there's a website like that. usually profs put a copy of the book on reserve in the library, so you can check it out and photocopy the pages you need. What website can i go to read college books instead of buying it? is it possible to do that?
